Our Mission
Partners Advancing Student Success, Inc. (PASS) is a nonprofit organization that focuses on improving student success by providing support and services to students. PASS aims to increase graduation rates and keep students on track to finish high school.
PASS had a total reach of 36,860 contacts through school level services, a reach of 3,436 through group level services, and a total of 355 students were served through case level services the during 2024-2025 school year.
Of 355 local students,
PASS showed a 87.56% promotion rate and 98.68% graduation rate.
Thanks to PASS's efforts, all local high schools maintain graduation rates of 90% higher.
PASS provides at-risk students in Carroll County and Carrollton City with the tools needed to succeed, graduate and ultimately become successful and contributing citizens of our community.
