Our Mission
Partners Advancing Student Success, Inc. (PASS) is a nonprofit organization that focuses on improving student success by providing support and services to students. PASS aims to increase graduation rates and keep students on track to finish high school.
PASS had a total reach of 37,301 contacts through school level services, a reach of 2,982 through group level services, and a total of 322 students were served through case level services the during 2023-2024 school year.
Of 322 local students,
PASS showed a 89.3% promotion rate and 97.5% graduation rate.
With the support of PASS, Carroll County School System continued the district's record of graduation rates above 90 percent.
PASS provides at-risk students in Carroll County and Carrollton City with the tools needed to succeed, graduate and ultimately become successful and contributing citizens of our community.
