Our Mission
Partners Advancing Student Success, Inc. (PASS) is a nonprofit organization that focuses on improving student success by providing support and services to students. PASS aims to increase graduation rates and keep students on track to finish high school.
PASS had a total reach of 22,992 contacts through school level services, a reach of 902 through group level services, and a total of 324 students were served through case level services the during 2025-2026 school year.
Of 324 local students,
PASS showed a 95.85% promotion rate and 100% graduation rate.
Thanks to PASS's efforts, all local high schools maintain graduation rates of 90% higher.
PASS provides at-risk students in Carroll County and Carrollton City with the tools needed to succeed, graduate and ultimately become successful and contributing citizens of our community.
